Apply for Child Care Financial Assistance online

MyChildCareMA is a new digital portal and case management system. For families, it is a self-service portal. At this time, it allows families to apply for help, upload documents, and track their status as they wait for child care benefits. For Family Access Administrators, it helps manage waitlist applications and related activities, communicate with families and send child care benefit offers. Families who need help paying for child care or out of school time programs can apply for child care financial assistance. Families complete an application and provide documents to determine if they are likely eligible, and are placed on EEC’s statewide waitlist, if funding is not available. Families can apply directly through MyChildCareMA. This portal is where families can submit an application, upload documents, and manage their application until child care funding is offered and authorized.
