1. Use of Our Website

2. Program Enrollment & Participation
- Enrollment in Kids Unlimited programs is subject to availability and completion of registration forms, waivers, and payments.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate information about their child, including any medical, allergy, or behavioral concerns directly with their childcare provider.
- Children must adhere to facility rules and staff instructions for safety. We reserve the right to terminate care without notice if there is a health or safety concern.
3. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
- Payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.
- Refunds or credits may be available upon termination if parents have paid in advance or have a credit balance on their account.
- Parents will be credited or refunded for all non-approved closures.
4. Assumption of Risk & Waiver
- Participation in our programs involves physical activity and interaction with other children. While we take every precaution to ensure safety, participation carries inherent risks.
- By enrolling your child, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
- Parents/guardians release and hold harmless Kids Unlimited, its staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liability arising out of participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
5. Medical Authorization
- In the event of illness or injury, the Kids Unlimited Childcare Provider may administer basic first aid and/or arrange emergency medical treatment.
- Parents/guardians authorize the Kids Unlimited childcare provider to seek medical care on their behalf if they cannot be reached and agree to be responsible for any associated costs.
6. Photography & Media Release
- The Kids Unlimited Childcare Provider may take photos or videos of participants during programs for promotional purposes.
- By enrolling your child, you grant permission for such use unless you provide written notice opting out.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Kids Unlimited or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any Site content without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kids Unlimited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or participation in our Services.
- Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
